Post and packaging costs £2.95 within the UK Mainland regardless of how many items you order.
Orders over £30 are subject to free delivery within the UK Mainland.
We can ship overseas on a case by case basis, but prices are dependent on the size of the order and location being delivered to. Please email us with your order details and we will try to arrange the most cost-effective shipping option for you.

We commit to processing your order as soon as possible. We endeavour to complete all orders, including personalised items and have them ready for dispatch within 3 working days from the date the order is placed. In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order within this timeframe, we will contact you within 24 hours of you placing your order to notify you why and discuss the options for the processing of your order as quickly as possible. Orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail.
Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery of items in our Fabulous Footwear and Play Time ranges, which are shipped directly by our suppliers. All delivery timescales are estimates and are not a guarantee.
We use Royal Mail as our main delivery channel, but are also exploring courier options for customers who may require a speedier service. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other courier companies we may use. Nor are we responsible for late/non deliveries due to a signature not being obtained upon delivery. If your parcel is returned to Mera Baby and we are required to redeliver your parcel because no one was available to receive it, you will be charged for the re-delivery of the package.
